Discussing Rwanda press freedom

Anton Harber, the author of the just released report on press freedom in Rwanda for the Committee to Protect Journalists, will discuss his findings on Wednesday 10 December at the International Press Centre between 10h30 and 12h30, Résidence Palace, rue de la Loi/Wetstraat 155, Brussels. Other speakers will be Sue Valentine, Africa director at CPJ, Marie-Soleil Frère, researcher at the ULB (Free University of Brussels) and Jean-Paul Marthoz, CPJ Europe representative.

Samantha Libby, CPJ’s digital manager, has worked in freedom of expression and human rights in Ethiopia, Vietnam, Kalimantan, and West Papua. She has also investigated the domestic and international arms trade. She is a playwright, artist, and an award-winning writer.
