Today, at a hearing before the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, CPJ Advocacy Director Courtney C. Radsch gave testimony on the threats to freedom of expression.
In her testimony for the hearing, “Blasphemy Laws and Censorship by States and Non-State Actors: Examining Global Threats,” Radsch discussed the threats from state and non-state actors and provided recommendations on how U.S. policy makers can effectively protect freedom of expression.
