AP photographer killed and reporter wounded as attacks on journalists rise in Afghanistan

Associated Press photographer Anja Niedringhaus was killed in Afghanistan. AP reporter Kathy Gannon was wounded in the same attack. The two were shot by an Afghan police officer who approached their car in an election convoy and opened fire on them in the back seat.
