Mickey H. Osterreicher, an attorney with the law firm of Hiscock & Barclay, serves as the general counsel for the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA). He has almost 40 years of experience as a print and broadcast photojournalist and has been involved in right-to-record cases throughout the country. He recently provided training in police-press relations to the Chicago, Tampa, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg police departments in preparation for their events and was in Chicago working with the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press during the NATO Summit.
